Appellate Practice

Frazier Law’s appellate attorneys have pursued and defended many appeals, including in both federal and state courts.  Not every case is correctly decided in lower courts.  It is not uncommon for a crucial piece of evidence or law to be overlooked by a judge or experienced attorney.  Fortunately, our legal system allows for trial court decisions to be reviewed and overturned by an Appellate Court in appropriate circumstances.  Our team's appellate experience includes matters involving business contracts, constitutional issues, insurance coverage, real estate, torts, and trademark infringement.
