Jessica L. Moran will earn her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law in May 2023. She is an active member of the Corporate and Business Law Journal, both as an Associate Editor and a contributor, and is a Center Scholar at ASU Law’s Center of Law, Science and Innovation.

During law school, Jessica has gained significant exposure to the practice of law. She has worked on federal defense matters; prosecution of complex fraud, appellate, family, immigration, criminal, juvenile, and sexual misconduct matters; and has reviewed licensing agreements, supplier permission letters, website Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, and other contract-related matters. She has gained valuable exposure to litigation and appellate matters while externing for the presiding Maricopa County Superior Court Civil Court Judge, as well as at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Jessica has also worked with the Executive Office of the Arizona Supreme Court together with the Court’s legislative liaison during legislative sessions. She remains active in this position.

Prior to joining Frazier Law, Jessica also worked as a paralegal at two other law firms, coordinating the collection, review, and production of documents; organizing and managing files and documents for case preparation; leading trial exhibit preparation; and completing assorted administrative tasks including tracking court deadlines and managing efficiency of office communication and filling processes.

Before attending law school, Jessica had a varied and successful career in the construction industry, including as a financial controller, project manager, and contract administrator. While law has long been Jessica’s intellectual passion, her construction career helped her realize the significant impact law can have on a company’s daily operations and overall success.

Jessica is an Arizona native and earned a B.A. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in 2019. While attending ASU, Jessica played competitive sand volleyball; volunteered with many charities, including the Red Cross; was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority; and was active in the dance community. Jessica is very spirited about the discipline of dance and has harnessed that drive to become a Ballroom Dancing instructor and competitor. She often participates in philanthropic ballroom galas, with the most recent being in support of the Stroke Camps at Dignity Health. She brings this same passion to her studies, work product, and clients.

Jessica enjoys a good cup of coffee, all things outdoors, and is passionate about family, teaching, fitness and health, continuous learning, and making positive change in the community.
