Nikos P. Povilaitis advises individuals and businesses regarding entity formation, corporate governance, negotiation and drafting of contracts, and resolution of conflicts via alternative dispute resolution, litigation, and other routes.
Nikos earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2022. As a law student, Nikos served as a Staff Editor and Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review. He gained valued experience through the Oregon Business Law Clinic, where he assessed the legal needs of small businesses and drafted numerous related documents, including Operating Agreements, Bills of Sale, and Assignments of Intellectual Property. Nikos obtained valuable litigation experience as a participant in the Oregon Law Litigation Lab, where drafted complaints, deposed witnesses, drafted and responded to discovery requests, and drafted and argued dispositive motions.
Nikos earned a B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2019. While attending ASU, Nikos served in several student leadership positions, including as Vice President of Delta Kappa Epsilon.
Outside of the office, Nikos enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and snowboarding.
