Robert Bartlemay is a Legal Extern at Frazier Law. He works primarily on business litigation matters, and is passionate about solving complex problems for clients through adversarial proceedings.
Before joining Frazier Law, Robert was a Dave Kennedy Fellow at the Institute for Justice, a national public interest law firm. Robert has also worked at the Executive Office for Immigration Review at the Florence Immigration Court, and at the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
As a law student, Robert is an Associate Editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal, through which he writes about the state of commercial speech in Arizona. He is also actively involved with the Federalist Society and the Government and Public Interest Law Student Association.
Born in San Antonio, Texas, Robert grew up in Queen Creek, Arizona. Robert has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. As an undergraduate, Robert helped re-found the university’s Phi Delta Theta chapter and served as Warden and Bylaws Chairman. In his free time, Robert enjoys cooking chili, reading, and going to church.
