Catherine “Kate” Cripe is a Paralegal at Frazier Law, PLLC, where she supports the firm’s litigation team with a broad range of matters from case inception through trial. Kate brings nearly a decade of legal experience across civil, criminal, intellectual property, bankruptcy, and family law, with a particular focus on complex litigation and trial preparation.
Most recently, Kate worked as a Senior In-House Paralegal managing intellectual property portfolios and contract compliance for a global consumer goods company. Before that, she worked as a Capital Litigation Paralegal with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office, where she managed voluminous discovery, prepared trial materials, and supported trial teams in high-stakes cases. She also gained significant experience at several prominent Phoenix law firms, assisting attorneys with civil litigation, criminal defense, and bankruptcy matters.
Kate is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Arizona, where she graduated summa cum laude, as well as an Associate in Science Degree from Crafton Hills College. She is also an Honors Graduate of Phoenix College’s ABA-accredited Paralegal Studies Program.
A meticulous and tech-savvy professional, Kate is proficient with a wide range of litigation support technologies. Her passion for client service, adaptability, and critical thinking have made her an invaluable part of litigation teams navigating demanding and complex cases.
Outside the office, Kate is an avid traveler, having explored nearly 50 countries. Her love of exploration mirrors her professional approach—adaptable, resourceful, and always prepared to navigate new challenges.
