Mark B. Frazier is Frazier Law's Chief Consulting Officer, who works with the firm's trial attorneys to develop a deep understanding of cases, craft and implement case strategies, and construct and implement compelling and prevailing arguments.

Prior to joining Frazier Law, PLLC, Mark counseled and litigated on behalf of clients for almost four decades at an esteemed AMLaw 200 law firm, where he led the firm’s litigation department for 11 years and served as the firm’s Managing Partner between 2020-2023. Mark’s practice focused on complex civil litigation, mediation, and arbitration involving a variety of high-stakes contract, corporate, fiduciary duty, securities, unfair competition, intellectual property, environmental, and other disputes. He has litigated in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts throughout the United States and is experienced in virtually all phases of the civil litigation process, from temporary restraining order and preliminary injunctive relief to post-trial enforcement proceedings and appeals.

Clients across industries regularly sought out his counsel on a range of topics, with his counsel focused on early identification of potential disputes, dispute avoidance, and cost-effective approaches for early resolution of litigation. His clients have included a diverse array of public and private companies in the aerospace and defense; automotive; energy; entertainment; consumer products; environmental and natural resources; food and beverage; hospitality; oil, gas, and natural resources mining; real estate; and wholesale and manufacturers industries.

Mark is a Mesa, Arizona native, and earned his B.A. from Occidental College and J.D. from USC’s Gould School of Law. He enjoys spending time with his family, educational travel, wrenching on old cars and trucks, and exploring the great outdoors, and is passionate about mentorship and reasoned discourse.
