Alina Sander is an instrumental part of the firm’s success. She has significant experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, contracts, settlement agreements, and related legal documents; managing electronic discovery and document review; performing legal research; preparing matters for trial and mediation; e-filing in state and federal courts; and managing a high-volume litigation docket.

Prior to joining Frazier Law, PLLC, Alina served as Lead Case Manager and Paralegal at a Northern Virginia litigation firm, where she supported as many as nine attorneys on commercial, business, fiduciary, real estate, collections, and personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement, filing in Virginia and D.C. state and federal courts and tracking deadlines across more than 100 active cases. She also led the firm’s litigation support team — managing workflow, training both legal staff and associate attorneys, developing firmwide training programs, and directing recruiting. Earlier, she supported employment-law litigation as a legal assistant at a national labor and employment law firm.

Alina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics, with a minor in International and Comparative Studies, from George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government, graduating magna cum laude and participating in the Pre-Law Society. She also earned an Associate of Science in Social Sciences, magna cum laude, from Northern Virginia Community College, and completed Harvard University’s Summer Program in Criminal Psychology. Alina is a Virginia Notary Public.
