Amie Wishart
Paralegal

Amie Wishart is a Litigation Paralegal at Frazier Law, PLLC, bringing more than 25 years of experience supporting Arizona trial attorneys in complex, high-stakes litigation. Based in Phoenix, Amie works with the firm's attorneys across its commercial and business litigation practice, including real estate, contract, HOA, construction, and collections matters. Her work spans every phase of a case, from drafting and proofreading pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses, to managing high-volume discovery and e-discovery, preparing disclosures and productions, conducting legal research, and building the trial notebooks, witness files, exhibits, and courtroom presentations that carry a case through trial.
Before joining Frazier Law, Amie spent more than a decade with the Maricopa County Office of Public Defense Services, most recently as a paralegal in its Capital Trial Unit, where she supported attorneys in the most demanding trials in the Arizona court system. There she managed voluminous discovery, including media, lab reports, ballistics data, records, and transcripts; participated in witness interviews and follow-up investigation; assisted with jury selection and day-to-day trial logistics; and designed opening and closing statement presentations. She also served on the faculty of the Arizona Public Defender Association, teaching legal concepts and practical skills to paralegals, and mentored incoming paralegals throughout her tenure.
Earlier in her career, Amie spent 13 years in private practice at Phoenix-area firms supporting attorneys in commercial litigation, civil litigation, contracts, family law, real estate, probate, personal injury, and intellectual property matters.
Amie earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and holds an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Phoenix Career College. She was also a licensed Arizona real estate agent.
Outside the office, Amie enjoys spending time with her family and can most often be found cheering on her children at their sports games, reading and doing craft projects.
