Cheryl Riggle
Paralegal

Cheryl L. Riggle is a Litigation Paralegal at Frazier Law, PLLC, bringing more than 30 years of experience supporting complex litigation teams in Arizona and across the country. Her practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, with a deep background in construction defect, real estate, corporate and transactional disputes, insurance defense, intellectual property, HOA enforcement, multi-district and complex trial matters.
Cheryl has worked in both large firms and boutique litigation practices, where she has managed every phase of the litigation lifecycle—from initial investigation and pleadings through discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom support. She regularly drafts and coordinates complex disclosures, pleadings, and trial materials; manages case strategy logistics and calendaring; works closely with clients, experts, and witnesses; and oversees document production and e-discovery in state and federal courts.
Her trial experience includes preparing and organizing exhibits, trial notebooks, and jury materials, assisting with voir dire and witness preparation, and utilizing advanced trial presentation platforms such as Trial Director and Summation. Cheryl is known for her ability to manage high-volume, high-stakes dockets and for serving as a central point of coordination for trial teams, attorneys, and support staff.
Prior to joining Frazier Law, Cheryl served as a Senior Litigation Paralegal and Managing Paralegal at several leading Arizona firms, including Burch & Cracchiolo; Davis Miles McGuire Gardner; Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado & Bolen; and Gammage & Burnham. Her earlier career included work on national products liability and multi-district litigation matters at large firms in Indianapolis, where she supported complex, document-intensive litigation and e-discovery initiatives.
In addition to her legal career, Cheryl is an award-winning classical musician and composer. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from the University of Indianapolis and completed a Paralegal Certificate Program with a concentration in litigation and legal research. She is Principal Flutist with the North Valley Symphony Orchestra and has received multiple honors in regional music competitions.
Cheryl is a mother of two with one granddaughter. She enjoys performing in various musical groups around the Valley, is a social media creator and supporter of the Arts.
