Allison Martin works in Frazier Law’s Appellate Practice, Business Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Business Transactions, and Outside General Counsel practice groups. Allison’s litigation clients benefit from her superb legal research and writing and insights into judicial decision-making, especially at the appellate level. She advances the interests of her transactional and outside general counsel clients through quickly discerning their objectives and implementing effective strategies to resolve business challenges.
Prior to joining Frazier Law, Allison clerked for the Honorable William G. Montgomery on the Arizona Supreme Court. She also gained valuable experience externing for the U.S. Attorneys’ Office, a mid-size law firm, the Arizona State Senate, and the Goldwater Institute.
Allison graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she competed in various Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions, served as the Vice President of the Christian Legal Society, and participated as an active member of the Federalist Society.
Allison is a dedicated mother who enjoys spending time with her family. She is passionate about ministry, mentorship, travel, and gardening.
