I share with great excitement that Mark Frazier has joined Frazier Law, PLLC as a Litigation Consultant. In this non-attorney role, Mark will consult with Frazier Law’s trial attorneys to help them develop a deep and strategic understanding of factual narratives, craft and implement case strategies and compelling arguments, prepare for taking and defending depositions, and prepare for mediations, oral arguments, trials, and arbitrations.
Mark will draw on nearly four decades of counseling public and private businesses at an esteemed AMLaw 200 law firm, including 11 years as the head of the firm’s Litigation Department (2009-2020) and three years as the firm’s Managing Partner (2020-2023).

Frazier Law’s decision to bring Mark on board as a Litigation Consultant highlights the firm’s unwavering commitment to empower its legal professionals with top-tier training and support to advance their skills and to provide exceptional, value-added service to firm clients.
Mark is an amazing leader, mentor, and counselor, and an even better person. Frazier Law is thrilled to have him as part of the team.

I only really started paying attention to local legal offices after overhearing a conversation in a café where someone was talking about how messy things get after even a small road accident. Out of curiosity, I later checked https://www.google.com/maps/place/The+Wilson+PC/@32.0798602,-81.0906926,677m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x88fb9f4a81772e09:0xf68b41ecee1fd414!8m2!3d32.0798602!4d-81.0906926!16s%2Fg%2F11vbjcfhjz?hl=en&entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDUxMi4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D just to see how The Wilson PC is represented online as a personal injury law office handling accident-related matters. Instead of focusing on promises or claims, it was more about simply understanding what kind of place it is in a real-world context. That made it easier to connect the idea of legal help with something concrete rather than abstract.
