Brennan A.R. Bowen Joins Frazier Law, PLLC As A Partner

Frazier Law, PLLC shares with great excitement that Brennan A.R. Bowen has joined the Firm as a Partner.  He will lead Frazier Law’s Public Interest & Political Law practice group and provide business litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate services for the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Frazier Law, Brennan was a member of one of the nation’s foremost constitutional and election law firms, where he practiced compliance, litigation, and appeals in areas including constitutional law, redistricting, elections, voting rights, campaign finance, ballot measures, political committees, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), as well as commercial litigation.

Before that, Brennan served in all three branches of government.  He was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan Brnovich, Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and before that to the Honorable John Lopez IV, Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court; a legal intern for Arizona Governor Doug Ducey’s Office of General Counsel; a Janet D. Steiger Fellow and a summer law clerk for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office; and a legal intern for the Senate Rules Committee of the Arizona Legislature.  Brennan also served as a Ronald Reagan Fellow with the Goldwater Institute and a legislative liaison with the Center for Arizona Policy.  Brennan’s public sector experience informs his deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and government affairs, allowing him to provide tailored counsel to businesses dealing with regulatory matters and governmental contracts.

In addition to his work in government, Brennan honed his skills in both litigation and transactional law at a prestigious mid-sized Arizona firm, where he assisted in matters ranging from entity formation and corporate governance to contract disputes.  His unique blend of public and private sector experience positions him as a strategic advisor for businesses facing complex legal challenges.

Brennan earned his J.D. from Arizona State University, where he completed several fellowships, served on the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, and dedicated over 125 hours to pro bono work.  He is committed to helping businesses not only stay compliant but thrive in today’s competitive market.

Outside the office, Brennan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, college football, woodworking, western literature, and exploring Arizona’s trails.
