Frazier Law, PLLC is proud to announce our newest addition to the firm, Dustin D. Romney, who will lead the firm's Business Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. He has represented clients from multi-billion-dollar corporations to small local businesses and private individuals in a broad range of cases involving commercial contracts, real estate, corporate governance, fraud, employment law, landlord-tenant, zoning, constitutional law, and other areas of law. Dustin helps clients develop creative, practical, and effective strategies to tackle their most challenging problems. He is especially adept at dispositive motion practice.
Prior to joining Frazier Law, Dustin gained valuable experience as a first chair business litigator at two eminent business law firms in the Phoenix Valley. Prior to entering private practice, Dustin served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Arizona Attorney General’s Election, Government Accountability, and Constitutional Law units.
Dustin is recognized as a thought leader in multiple areas and has published a book and several law review articles. His scholarship addresses a range of topics from the U.S. Constitution to protection of property rights.
Dustin earned his law degree from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2017. During law school, Dustin served as President of the Federalist Society, competed in oral argument competitions, and externed with the Arizona Solicitor General’s Office and the Goldwater Institute.
Prior to law school, Dustin earned his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU. He ran a small business consulting practice, and was a high school teacher and football coach. Dustin’s business education and background contribute significantly to the value of the counsel he provides to Frazier Law’s small and medium-sized business owners.
In his free time, Dustin loves his church, the outdoors, football, travel, and spending time with his wife and four children.
We are excited to have Dustin as part of the team!
