Frazier Law, PLLC is pleased to announce the opening of its new Salt Lake City office. The office will be led by Partner Dallin B. Holt, who recently joined the firm as head of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) practice group and a core member of the Public Interest & Political Law practice.
The expansion into Utah marks a significant milestone in the firm's growth and reflects the steady demand for the kind of work Frazier Law was built to deliver — sophisticated, nationwide legal counsel offered with the agility, responsiveness, and flexible fee structures that modern clients increasingly expect from outside counsel.
A Strategic Investment in the Mountain West
Utah's legal and business environment has grown rapidly in recent years, with the state emerging as a national hub for technology, financial services, energy, public policy, and constitutional litigation. The Salt Lake City office positions Frazier Law to serve clients directly within that ecosystem while continuing to support its existing client base across Arizona, Texas, and the rest of the country.
"Opening in Salt Lake City is a natural extension of the practice we've built and the clients we serve," said Grant Frazier, founder of Frazier Law. "Utah is home to a remarkable concentration of clients, courts, and policy work that align directly with our strengths in constitutional litigation, election and political law, TCPA defense, and complex commercial matters. Having Dallin lead the office gives us exactly the right person at exactly the right time."
Dallin B. Holt to Lead the Utah Office
Dallin will lead the Salt Lake City office in addition to his firm-wide responsibilities leading the TCPA practice. A seasoned trial and appellate lawyer, Dallin brings a nationwide practice spanning constitutional litigation, election law, redistricting, First Amendment matters, appeals, and TCPA compliance and defense. His credentials include litigation experience in five U.S. federal Circuit courts, dozens of briefs—merits and amicus—at SCOTUS, redistricting maps and election recounts in jurisdictions across the country, and over 100 cases tried to verdict or final judgment.
Dallin is licensed in Utah and has deep ties to the state. Before law school, he interned for Utah Governor Jon M. Huntsman and the Utah Legislature, and his redistricting practice has included work on Utah's congressional districts. He earned his B.A. from Brigham Young University.
Continued Growth
The Utah office joins Frazier Law's existing presence in Arizona and Texas and reflects the firm's continued investment in building a modern, nationwide practice. The firm remains committed to delivering sophisticated legal work — at the trial, appellate, and counseling levels — with the responsiveness and flexibility clients expect.
