John Thorpe Joins Frazier Law's Litigation and ADR Practice As Of Counsel

Frazier Law, PLLC is proud to announce our newest addition to the firm, John N. Thorpe, who will bolster the firm's Business Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice.  John joins Frazier Law in an Of Counsel capacity.

John represents clients in areas including business disputes, education law, complex commercial litigation, constitutional law, and government relations.  John’s clients benefit from his intimate understanding of the federal court system, his passion for legal writing, and his background in sophisticated, high-stakes, and sometimes high-profile litigation.

John graduated magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was an Articles Editor on the Arizona State Law Journal, and an active member of various student groups.  After graduation, John clerked for the Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, then for the Honorable Bridget S. Bade on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He also worked at a large law firm, where he focused on class actions, appeals, internal investigations, and Indian law.

In addition to his work at Frazier Law, John currently works as a public interest lawyer at the Goldwater Institute, where he litigates against the government primarily in the areas of free speech, school choice, regulatory reform, and property rights.  John also serves on the board of directors for the Phoenix chapter of the Christian Legal Society, and on the School Governing Board for Great Hearts Arizona, a network of classical, liberal-arts charter schools.  Before law school, John taught junior-high and high-school Latin, Economics, and Humanities.

We are excited to have John as part of the team!
